수업을 다시 시작할까요?

I just received a text from my sec. 3 student.
'Hi teacher, can we start class from next Sunday onwards?'

I nearly fainted when I read her message... I'm still teaching 8 O level students and classes will officially end by 28 October. I have not even taken a break; why would I give up my Sunday for you?

That's the problem with Direct School Admission students.... entering a good school but having difficulties keeping up, resulting in kiasu and kaisi mentality. Students should try to enjoy their school holidays as much as they can. When one ages and starts working, there will be no more such privileges!
