My evening class was cancelled today and I decided to go for a jog instead of napping before dinner. It's been a long long while since I last jogged. It's a really a test of endurance for me. I only managed to run slightly over 1km...
I must get my stamina back! This year, I hardly had time for exercise because of classes. I'm hoping to take weekly yoga classes and to swim every weekend as well as to jog at least twice a week.
Here's to a fitter me! Hopefully in 3 months' time :)
