Just attended my very first penitential service... a close colleague had encouraged me to attend the penitential service as one receives absolution of all sins during such service.

I haven't been to a confession for quite a long time. I used to go with my buddy to Novena Church for confessions during Lent season but ever since she got attached and married thereafter, I stopped. My colleague is right. Even if I'm alone, I should still be going for confession.

From now on, I will. To a renewed faith.
