There was a Lunch and Learn session on Philippines in my office today. Besides learning the rich heritage and culture of the country, Filipino food was good too!


Traditional Filippino dessert - Pichi-pichi: Made with grated cassava, Cuchinta: Brown rice cake and Puto: Steamed rice cake


Forgot the name of this but it's a bit too sweet for my liking... heard it's made of sugar and egg yolk
