필라테스!
Took my first Pilates class today. I have always wanted to try Pilates as I have heard good reviews of taking Pilates and how good it is for those who have bad backaches.
There was a new Pilates studio near my office so I decided to sign up for my first trial class. It was really good and hence I signed up for a package of 10 classes. So it's either every Friday or Monday evening when I'm not teaching.
Hopefully, by the 10th lesson, I will become more flexible with a stronger core and back!
