실망했다!

I just got to know that several members of the Marketing team in US and EMEA have been promoted (including my boss). Of course I'm delighted to know that my boss has been promoted to the VP level because she truly deserves it but I also feel sad...

With the acquisition of the competitor's firm earlier this year, I have been tasked to take on the APAC marketing role for 2 companies. Perhaps I have been here for nearly 4 years, I'm also expecting a promotion to come my way soon.

But it didn't...

Now that there are at least 5 promotions within the global Marketing team, gut feel just tells me that it may be quite a wait till the next round of promotion comes.
