I haven't chatted with my niece for a while as I usually have classes on weekday evenings and during weekends, I'm not home for dinner.

I feel bad because it was her birthday yesterday and I have not even shopped for her pressie! So I asked her what she wanted and her reply was so sweet... 'It's supposed to be a surprise yee yee.'

Before she left, we took a selfie because it's been eons since we last had one.

Saw this lovely friendship band while I was teaching my student just now. Can't believe friendship bands are now back in fashion!

I remember making many of them during the good old school days. Brings back lovely memories.

To beat Monday blues, I came up with rainbow dress code! And my new and fun-loving colleagues are so sporting. Everyone picked a colour of the rainbow and ta-da....we do resemble the rainbow very well right? If only the back wall was sky blue...
